½ tsp pink Himalayan salt (finely ground)
1 cup filtered water (room temperature or warm)
Optional: ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1. Pour filtered water into a glass.
2. Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired.
4. Drink on an empty stomach, ideally 20–30 minutes before your first meal.
5. Wait at least 20 minutes before coffee or breakfast.
Do not exceed ½ tsp of salt per day.
This drink is best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
You can alternate it with apple cider vinegar days if desired.
