Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy or unsweetened almond/oat/soy)

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa or raw cacao powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • ½1 tsp maple syrup or honey, to taste

  • 34 ice cubes (for cold version only)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend on high until thick, smooth, and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.

 

  • Serve immediately. For a hot version, warm the milk before blending and blend briefly.
