1–2 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced or grated
2 cups water
1 lemon slice
1–2 tsp honey (optional)
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add sliced or grated ginger.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Strain into a mug.
Add lemon and honey.
Serve warm and enjoy.
For a stronger tea, simmer up to 20 minutes.
Add cinnamon or turmeric for extra warmth.
