Fresh Ginger Tea Recipe (Simple, Comforting & Naturally Healing)

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced or grated

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 lemon slice

  • 12 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  • Add sliced or grated ginger.

  • Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

  • Strain into a mug.

  • Add lemon and honey.

 

  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a stronger tea, simmer up to 20 minutes.

  • Add cinnamon or turmeric for extra warmth.
